I am Suzanne Nelson and I'm here to help frustrated women who struggle with hormones and cravings lose weight and regain their energy and vitality! I have been a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach since 2009, my "second" career after leaving a corporate sales career to raise my three sons with my husband, Jim. My career in fitness and health has just snowballed from there, leading to additional Certifications in Yoga and Barre Instruction.
I have been offering small group fitness from my home studio as well as Yoga, Barre and private Health Coaching sessions for the past 5 years. I have broadened my reach by launching the "21-Day Cleanse". It has been a great opportunity to reach many people on many different levels, setting the ground-work for new habits and weight loss success for many people.
I have a B.A from Baylor University, so it should be no suprise that my favorite TV show is "Fixer Upper" with Chip and Jo-Jo right thre in Waco, TX!
