3 1/2 oz Lemon, Raw w/peel 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes 1/4 teaspoons Himalayan Salt 3 tablespoons garlic cloves, crushed 4 cups Broccoli Flower Clusters, raw 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the coconut oil, garlic and salt and crushed red pepper flakes. 2. Cook 2 minutes, stirring often until the garlic becomes fragrant.
3. Add broccoli. 4. Reduce the heat to low and cover.
5. Cook 2 minutes until the broccoli is tender and cooked through.
